En esta sesión práctica aprenderemos a utilizar Microsoft Copilot como apoyo para estructurar y analizar decisiones, construyendo juntos un framework sencillo que nos permita evaluar alternativas de manera más clara y consciente.

Trabajaremos con seis elementos: problema, evidencia, alternativas, criterios, riesgos y recomendación. A través de ejemplos y demostraciones en vivo, utilizaremos Copilot para organizar información, comparar opciones, identificar supuestos y explorar riesgos antes de tomar una decisión.

El objetivo no es que Copilot decida por nosotros, sino aprender una metodología que nos permita analizar, cuestionar y tomar decisiones mejor informadas manteniendo el criterio y la responsabilidad humana.
