In order to achieve this, they employ a current process which is time-consuming that leads to them losing the customer and the sale. Their new process has the following specifications: • Immediately after the sale details are captured, an invoice must be generated and emailed back to the customer. • Upon receiving the invoice, the customer must make payments to their account and submit a proof of payment so that update is made on their account.
