Extend a web app to Microsoft Teams – Teams App Camp Workshop

15 November, 2022 | 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time

  • Format:
  • alt##LivestreamLivestream

Topic: WebDev

Language: English

Join a hands-on workshop led by Microsoft experts who will guide you through the steps needed to take an existing SaaS app and integrate it with Microsoft Teams. You'll learn how to build Teams applications without special tools, which is important if you already have an application you want to extend into Microsoft Teams or if you have a specific toolchain in mind. By the end of the workshop, you will have ported a simple web application to Teams as a personal tab with Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On. Take a sneak peak at the workshop content: https://aka.ms/app-camp

Speakers:

Bob German is a Cloud Developer Advocate for Microsoft focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure development, especially building apps for Microsoft Teams using the Graph API. Before (re)joining Microsoft, Bob was a Microsoft MVP and Principal Architect at BlueMetal, where he led the development of numerous collaborative applications, Intranets, and other custom Office 365 and Azure based solutions.

Bruno Capuano currently works as a Sr. Cloud Advocate at Microsoft focused on empowering the Toronto area to build awesome things with Azure. Bruno was a Microsoft MVP for 14 years and has over 20 years of experience as a software developer and loves to tinker with electronics. He lives in a small town near Toronto with his wife and two adorable kids.
