What is the session about?

Underneath the Mobile Sales app, the sales representatives are confronted with a challenge of having to provide the customer with an invoice of that particular sale in real-time. In order to achieve this, they employ a current process which is time-consuming that leads to them losing the customer and the sale. To address this problem, the company wants to utilize a tool that will help them automate their current process.

Their new process has the following specifications:
• Immediately after the sale details are captured, an invoice must be generated and emailed back to the customer.
• Upon receiving the invoice, the customer must make payments to their account and submit a proof of payment so that update is made on their account.
