You're signed in with the wrong credentials

You are signed in with Azure AD credentials which are not associated with a Partner Center account. Please sign out and then do one of the following:

• - If you're trying to sign up for a new Partner Center account, you’ll need to sign in with a Microsoft account (you can create one here if you don't have one).
• - If you already have access to a Partner Center account, sign in with your usual credentials.
• - If your organization has a Partner Center account that you haven’t accessed before, ask your Partner Center administrator to add you as an account user.
