The 2024 Work Trend Index Annual Report from Microsoft and LinkedIn revealed that junior candidates may have a competitive edge when applying for jobs compared to more experienced candidates.
It was found that 71% of leaders say they’d rather hire a less experienced candidate with AI skills than a more experienced candidate without them.
