Xbox welcomed aspiring and current game creators to discover the opportunities and programs available to them in the game industry.
This weekend, Xbox Discovery Day came to New York City for the first time. True to its name, Xbox Discovery Day is an event designed to welcome aspiring and current game creators to discover the opportunities and programs available to them through Xbox. The event, already held in other parts of the world like Singapore and Sweden, engages and educates developers about the many resources, programs, and opportunities in place to grow their creative and commercial success in the game industry. Together with the City of New York, we invited more than 100 developers from the New York area to dive deeper into these resources available to them with industry leaders.
Here are some snapshots of this incredible day of discovery. To learn more about what was shared with attendees at the event, we encourage you to read the blog post from Head of Developer Acceleration Program James Lewis on how Xbox is empowering, investing in, and supporting the next generation of game developers.
